System rated to 15,000 PSI for Helium/Nitrogen or purified plain Air Gas inlet pressures as low as 170 PSI with flow requirements as high as 55-scfm.
*
MOBILE TEST CART
Two-wheel hydraulic cart rated up to 35,000 PSI equipped
with a 5-gallon stainless steel reservoir.
Used for proof testing and gear actuation using 5L-SS and 5LSD Series pumps
*
CO2 PAINTBALL PROPELANT BOTTLE FILLING
Liquid CO2, will flow from a bulk supply cylinder (800-1000 PSI)
depending on ambient temperature) into an empty propellant
bottle (0-psi) but stop when the vapor pressure equalize.
HII’s CO2 pump will transfer liquid CO2 from bulk supply to bottle
up to the desired weight, regardless of ambient pressure or temperature conditions.
*
CYCLE TESTING SYSTEM
20,000 PSI System capable of fatigue test a specimen
up to 3- cycles per second. Fully enclosed
