Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) is under Contract in the United States to build these new Units (P/N: 040489-100 & 040499-100) with more modern, reliable, maintainable and supportability for replacing all their existing old Units of different models. These new Units can be used to support military or civil helicopters based ashore or afloat including supporting intermediate activities at the flight line or in hangars, at air stations and air capable ships. These new Units are designed to troubleshoot and functionally check helicopter or any aircraft hydraulic systems. Besides having incorporated the latest state of the art innovations, these Units also come with a much higher capacity (flow rate & pressure). These Units come with NATO or National Stock Numbers and are fully provisioned for spare and replacement parts for more than 20 years. Although specifically designed and built for supporting all military helicopter including those built by other Countries, these Units can also support fixed wing military aircraft including narrow body aircraft such as Boeing B737, B757, AIRBUS A318, A319, A300, A310, A320, A321, C919, ARJ21, M-700, An-26, An-30, An-124, Il-76, Il-476, An-70, MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-25, MiG-27, MiG-29, Su-17 (Su-22), Ka-28, Ka-32, Ka-50, Ka-52, Y-5, Y-6, Y-7, Y-8, Y-9, Y-10, Y-11, Y-12, Y-20, Z-5, Z-6. Z-8, Z-9, Z-11, Z-12, EC-120, Z-15 / EC175, Z-19, AC313, AC310, ERJ145, SAAB340, ATR72, Superjet 100, BAE146, BAE HAWK, F28, Falcon Jet, KAI T-50 Golden Eagle etc or as long as the capacity of the hydraulic system is within the range of test stand flow and pressure.

High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen Service Cart
(HP-SGNSC)
Diesel Engine Driven
P/N: 130009-100
NSN: 3655-01-621-3426
Hydraulic International, Inc. (HII) was awarded a Contract to supply up to 300 Units of High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen Servicing Carts (HPSGNSC), NSN: 3655-01-545-4410 and 3655-01-545-2483 worth Total Estimated Amount of $42,351,675.00. These units are self-contained, towable, high purity carts that produce gaseous nitrogen at a 99.5% purity level, a pressure of 5000 psi, and high flow of not less than 30 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) in both diesel and electric power configurations, with oil free design compressors and pressure boosters eliminate the need for oil separators, as a result extending the life of the nitrogen separation membranes, eliminating oil filter change, maintenance resulting in reduction of the overall life cycle cost of the HPSGNSC.
