For charging or topping off accumulators for valve actuation
in BOP control units.
BOP CONTROL SYSTEM HYDRAULICALLY
PRESSURE 30,000 PSI
Power units are designed to test well head equipment in the shop or field location. Used primarily for testing blowout preventer stacks, Christmas trees, choke and kill lines. BOP’s are designed to provide quick, positive closing action to keep drilling fluids in the well when “Kicks” or blowouts threaten.
BOP TEST EQUIPMENT – PNEUMATIC /HYDRAULIC
Hydraulic: 30,000 PSI
Pneumatic: 25,000 PSI
These units provide versatile service for all static, high pressure testing of choke valves, gate valves, Christmas trees, BOP preventers, and weld joints. Power units are designed to test well head equipment in the shop or field location.
BOLT TENSIONERS (TORQUE WRENCHES / NUT SPLITTER SYSTEMS)
PRESSURE up to 45,000-PSI
HII’s Pneumatically Driven Hydraulic Power Unit are widely used in hazardous environments where electric hydraulic power units are not suitable.
Rated to 3,000 PSI, 6,000 PSI or as specified.
HIGH PURITY GAS TESTING SYSTEMS
Argon system, pressure up to 10,000 PSI
Consists of a four-stage booster arrangement. Minimum
gas inlet pressure of 300 PSI and 10-scfm outlet flow rate.
AIR BAG FILLING SYSTEM
System rated to 15,000 PSI for Helium/Nitrogen or purified plain Air Gas inlet pressures as low as 170 PSI with flow requirements as high as 55-scfm.
MOBILE TEST CART
Two-wheel hydraulic cart rated up to 35,000 PSI equipped
with a 5-gallon stainless steel reservoir.
Used for proof testing and gear actuation using 5L-SS and 5LSD Series pumps
CO2 PAINTBALL PROPELANT BOTTLE FILLING
Liquid CO2, will flow from a bulk supply cylinder (800-1000 PSI)
depending on ambient temperature) into an empty propellant
bottle (0-psi) but stop when the vapor pressure equalize.
HII’s CO2 pump will transfer liquid CO2 from bulk supply to bottle
up to the desired weight, regardless of ambient pressure or temperature conditions.
CYCLE TESTING SYSTEM
20,000 PSI System capable of fatigue test a specimen
up to 3- cycles per second. Fully enclosed
OXYGEN / NITROGEN BOOSTER
Capable of boosting oxygen/nitrogen from as low as 300 PSI up to 3450 PSI.
Unit could be driven Manually
Low pressure conventional air compressor, or
Regulated high-pressure air storage. Minimum 150 PSI air supply.
2 STAGE LINE MOUNT OXYGEN BOOSTER
Rebreathers – EMS O2 Bottles –Aviator Breathing O2 System includes a remote set pilot cutoff valve enabling the user to boost oxygen with infinite desired fill pressures.
SINGLE STAGE LINE MOUNT GAS BOOSTER
Compact booster mounted on kick stand equipped, single gas cylinder hand truck. Recommended to be used with 5G-SS and 5G-SD series only
50,000 PSI HOSE TESTER
Hand Operated 10,000 PSI HOSE TESTER
Self-contained, portable units consist of stainless steel roll-bar frame with a high pressure air operated pump and a 3-gallon stainless steel reservoir. The portable hydrostatic power packs may be provided in working pressure ranges up to 18,000 PSI and are safely tested with its compact easy to operate control panel design.
120,000 PSI HOSE TESTER
100,000 PSI HYDRO-BURST TEST STAND
SPECIAL PUMP WITH INTEGRAL RELIEF / UNLOADING VALVES
6,000 PSI BREATHING AIR SYSTEM
System enables the full use of 6,000 PSI air storage on mobile truck units maximizing the volume of air at the scene. It ensures full 4,500-6,000 PSI SCBA tank fills even if the air storage tanks (in-station or on the mobile unit) drop as low as 800 PSI.
20,000 PSI TEST UNIT (SKID MOUNTED)
High pressure testing of BOP Stacks, Choke and kill lines, Christmas trees and any other type equipment requiring high pressure static testing.
- Self-contained, tank mounted units consist of the basic skid mounted test unit with a low & high pressure air operated pumps, 50-gallon reservoir.
- The test units may be provided in working pressure ranges from 3,000 to 20,000 PSI and are safely tested with its compact easy to operate control panel design.
30,000 PSI TUBE / HOSE TEST STAND
*Stainless Steel Enclosure if used with Skydrol or Hyjet IV
Leak check and pressure proof test of metallic tubes, flexible hoses and any other type equipment requiring high pressure static testing. Portable by means of lockable caster wheels. The control console integrates Dual Hydrostatic Air driven pumps to individually control low and high range hydrostatic testing. The protective enclosure can withstand an explosion. Working pressure ranges from 500 to 30,000 PSI and are safely tested with its compact easy to operate control console design.
Hydraulics International’s Hydrostatic Test System provide versatile service in all static high pressure testing using skydrol fluid of mettalic tubes and any other type equipment requiring high-pressure testing. The test stand made our of stainless steel construction may be provided in working pressure ranges from 0-10,000 PSI and are safely tested with its compact easy to operate control console design. Each test hose or tube is enclosed in a chamber. The protective enclosure can withstand an explosion, such as encountered if a tube or hose fails the hydrostatic test. The control console integrates a hydrostatic Air driven pump to fill and control high range testing.
