MODULAR AIRCRAFT HYDRAULIC TEST UNIT 

This Multi-Function Helicopter Hydraulic Carts is designed to replace six ground support equipment; hydraulic power, hydraulic fluid purification, AC and DC electric power, flood lighting, Pressurized Air System (PAS) and high pressure nitrogen system in one unit for quick deployment.

The MACHTU Subsystems consist of followings:

• Diesel engine is the primary module which drives the 400 Hz, 120/208 VAC, 3-phase generator, hydraulic pumps, and pneumatic compressor.
• Electrical AC supply, 115/200 VAC, 400 Hz, 3-phase
• Electrical 28 VDC TRU supply
• Dual hydraulic system supply
• Hydraulic purification system
• Aircraft Fill and Drain
• Pneumatic system including Integrated Pressurized Air System (IPAS) supply
• Tower Lighting
• Nitrogen system supply

1) Contaminant removal: 55 gallon of hydraulic fluid in 5 hours.

2) Water: From 1000 to less than 200 PPM.

3) Chlorinated Solvents: From 400 to less than 100 PPM.

4) Air & Gas: 100% dissolved air removal, 98% (by volume) removal.

5) Particulate: Cleanliness level equal to or better than NAS 1638 class 3.
