UNIVERSAL AIRCRAFT COMPONENT TEST STAND for Jumbo Jets including next generation Jumbo, Boeing B787, Airbus A380, A350 etc. and Hydraulic Components fitted on both Military Aircraft & Helicopter.
A/F27T-12 replaces A/F27T-10
The model JEHA MARK IV or HCT-12 (A/F27T-12) is newly designed to perform all functional and operational tests of new generation commercial aircraft hydraulic and pneumatic components including (and not limited to) actuators and control valves, from both large and mid-size body aircrafts. Optional P&MTC (Pump and Motor Test Console) provides capability of testing pump and motor and can be added to JEHA MARK IV or HCT-12 (A/F27T-12) at any time if required to expand the testing capability.

UHTS comes with an integral built Hydraulic Purification System (HPS) that provides continuous cooling, filtering moisture and to remove hydraulic fluid particulates, water, chlorinated solvents, absorbed air & gases removal from hydraulic fluid. Keeping hydraulic fluid clean and eliminates the need of changing hydraulic fluid for a long period of time. HPS work in a very cost-effective way to minimize hydraulic fluid usage, minimize hazardous waste disposal needs, reduce deployment foot print and sharply reduce hydraulic maintenance and associated costs.

UHTS is set-up with Instruments capability to be verified by an inexpensive Instrument Verification Set (IVS) within 15 minutes minimizing UHTS downtime and cost. All readings on UHTS are shown on high resolution LCD Display & Engine Performance Module. NO GAUGES including Transducers or Flowmeters are required to be removed for calibration. IVS can be connected directly to UHTS to verify that Transducers & Flowmeters are within acceptable accuracy. IVS is certified and traceable to NIST.
