LINKLESS AMMUNIION LOADING SYSTEMS (LALS)
P/N: 029999-3
P/N: 3141AS798-1
(NSN: 1730-01-428-4275)
LALS is the next generation and latest development
in ground support equipment for storing, transporting
and loading 20mm rounds into the Air Force aircraft gun system while
downloading and restoring empty cases and unfired rounds. The ammunition loader interfaces with the F-15, F-16 or F-22 aircraft M61A 1 gun system.
*
GFU-24A/E32K-7 (P/N: 3305AS1400-1) is a cross-platform,
service, mobile ammunition transfer system for loading and
unloading 20mm ammunition from the ALS, UALS, LALS II,
or LALS 3 Linkless Ammunition Loading Systems. Capable of
being crank or pneumatically with an air ratchet, the 7 can load
new 20mm ammunition into the LALS while simultaneously
downloading unexpected ammunition into the spent casings.
The unexpended ammunition is unloaded into a tray for returning to bulk ammunition storage containers while spent casings are dropped out of the system into bulk cans below the Unit. The removable frame assembly can be removed for deployments where the entire structure is not required and can be mounted on the aft of the USN/USMC LALS II with included arm sections. The GFU-24A/E32K-7 incorporates an auto-detection system that automatically stops the system is an empty space occurs during loading. The system can also be operated in forward and reverse direction when cycling the system and not loading.

F-15 (Aviation Ground Support Equipment)
HII ’s new generation of Universal Triple Hydraulic Test Stand (UTHTS) with the latest state-of-the-art features and components. UTHTS utilizes a high resolution LCD Display HMI (Human Machine Interface) with resistive touch screen for operation and monitoring of UTHTS System and functions. HII is currently on Contract with USAF to build UTHTS. Accepted in-service by USAF for supporting their F-15.

UTHTS comes with an integral built Hydraulic Purification System (HPS) that provides continuous cooling, filtering moisture and to remove hydraulic fluid particulates, water, chlorinated solvents, absorbed air & gases removal from hydraulic fluid. Keeping hydraulic fluid clean and eliminates the need of changing hydraulic fluid for a long period of time. HPS work in a very cost-effective way to minimize hydraulic fluid usage, minimize hazardous waste disposal needs, reduce deployment foot print and sharply reduce hydraulic maintenance and associated costs.
Purification Performance
1) Contaminant removal: 55 gallon of hydraulic fluid in 5 hours.
2) Water: From 1000 to less than 100 PPM.
3) Chlorinated solvents: From 400 to less than 100 PPM.
4) Air & Gas: 100% dissolved air removal, 98% (by volume) removal.
5) Particulate: Cleanliness level equal to or better than NAS 1638 class 3.

UTHTS is set-up with Instruments capability to be verified by an inexpensive Instrument Verification Set (IVS) within 15 minutes minimizing UTHTS downtime and cost. All readings on UTHTS are shown on high resolution LCD Display & Engine Performance Module. NO GAUGES including Transducers or Flowmeters are required to be removed for calibration. IVS can be connected directly to UTHTS to verify that Transducers & Flowmeters are within acceptable accuracy. IVS is certified and traceable to NIST.

High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen Service Cart
(HP-SGNSC)
Diesel Engine Driven
P/N: 130009-100
NSN: 3655-01-621-3426
Hydraulic International, Inc. (HII) was awarded a Contract to supply up to 300 Units of High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen Servicing Carts (HPSGNSC), NSN: 3655-01-545-4410 and 3655-01-545-2483 worth Total Estimated Amount of $42,351,675.00. These units are self-contained, towable, high purity carts that produce gaseous nitrogen at a 99.5% purity level, a pressure of 5000 psi, and high flow of not less than 30 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) in both diesel and electric power configurations, with oil free design compressors and pressure boosters eliminate the need for oil separators, as a result extending the life of the nitrogen separation membranes, eliminating oil filter change, maintenance resulting in reduction of the overall life cycle cost of the HPSGNSC.
