JEHA MKIV is the new generation, state-of-the-art Hydraulic Test Bench. Commercial (JEHA MKIV) and military versions HCT-12 (A/F27T-12) are available for selection. JEHA MKIV is built to meet fully with stringent environment testing like EMI, EMC, shock, vibration, noise etc. HII is building 80 sets and spares support will be guaranteed for the next 25 years.
Dual Independent Hydraulic System, each System is capable to deliver at least 25 GPM (or more if required) @ 5,000 PSI. Besides Hydraulic and provisions of AC & DC Power Sources, JEHA IV is equally capable to provide Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Low Pressure Testing.
The Human Machine Interface (HMI) allows for human monitoring, input, and display of hydraulic fluid temperature and pressure, pneumatic pressures, fluid flow rates, and warning and status indicators. All input from temperature and pressure sensors and HMI inputs are processed by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). The PLC receives signal from flowmeters, temperature sensors, pressure transducers and also from HMI inputs and displays the measured valves on the HMI. JEHA MIV is designed with a combination of manual and automated controls. Critical Systems are still using mechanical controls.
No Gauges fitted on JEHA MKIV to be sent for calibration. Its Transducers or flowmeters also do not have to be removed for calibration. Instrument Verification Set (IVS) can be connected to JEHA MKIV to determine if Transducers or Flowmeters are within acceptable accuracy. JEHA MKIV is built with provision for ease of connecting to our Pump and Motor Test Console (P&MTC) if future expansion is required.
UHTS is set-up with Instruments capability to be verified by an inexpensive Instrument Verification Set (IVS) within 15 minutes minimizing UHTS downtime and cost. All readings on UHTS are shown on high resolution LCD Display & Engine Performance Module. NO GAUGES including Transducers or Flowmeters are required to be removed for calibration. IVS can be connected directly to UHTS to verify that Transducers & Flowmeters are within acceptable accuracy. IVS is certified and traceable to NIST.

Main Supply Pump is capable of delivery 55 GPM at 3000 PSI or 37.5 GPM at 5000 PSI. The pressure-compensated pump is a variable displacement type with handwheel volume control.
• A Low Pressure Supercharge Pump is supplied to boost pressure for test pumps operating at high speeds. The 120GPM centrifugal supercharge pump supplies up to 100 PSI boost pressure and can be regulated from 5 to 100 PSIG. Pressure for tests at lower and sub-atmospheric pressures is controlled by a throttle valve. As a safety feature, supercharger pump must be operating at preset pressure before main pump will start.
• 20,000 PSIG Auxiliary Static Proof Pressure Pump is sup plied with the stand.
- Fluid Cooling is provided by a water-to-oil heat exchanger, and a self-acting controller maintains fluid at 140° ± 10°.
