Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) is under Contract in the United States to build these new Units (P/N: 040489-100 & 040499-100) with more modern, reliable, maintainable and supportability for replacing all their existing old Units of different models. These new Units can be used to support military or civil helicopters based ashore or afloat including supporting intermediate activities at the flight line or in hangars, at air stations and air capable ships. These new Units are designed to troubleshoot and functionally check helicopter or any aircraft hydraulic systems. Besides having incorporated the latest state of the art innovations, these Units also come with a much higher capacity (flow rate & pressure). These Units come with NATO or National Stock Numbers and are fully provisioned for spare and replacement parts for more than 20 years. Although specifically designed and built for supporting all military helicopter including those built by other Countries, these Units can also support fixed wing military aircraft including narrow body aircraft such as Boeing B737, B757, AIRBUS A318, A319, A300, A310, A320, A321, MA-60, MA-600, MA-700, C919, C929, C939, LE500, HO300, Primus 100, Primus 150, Starlight 100, Starlight 200, ARJ21, Y-5, Y-6, Y-7, Y-8, Y-9, Y-10, Y-11, Y-12, Y-20, An-26, An-30, An-124, Il-76, Il-476, An-70, Il-86, Tu-134, Tu-154, Yak-40, Yak-42, MiG-21, MiG-23, MiG-25, MiG-27, MiG-29, Su-17 (Su-22), ERJ145, SAAB340, ATR72, Superjet 100, BAE146, BAE HAWK, F28, Falcon Jets, KAI T-50 Golden Eagle etc or as long as the capacity of the hydraulic system is within the range of test stand flow and pressure.
These Units are designed and built for connecting to US Navy Standard Hydraulic Fluid Purifiers (P/N: 040505-100) to provide removal of hydraulic fluid particulates, water, chlorinated solvents, absorbed air & gases, which is common problem with aircraft.

Hydraulic Power Mule
Two System: 106 GPM at 3000 PSI, 80 GPM at 4000 PSI, 64 GPM at 5000 PSI Or combined
UHTS comes with an integral built Hydraulic Purification System (HPS) that provides continuous cooling, filtering moisture and to remove hydraulic fluid particulates, water, chlorinated solvents, absorbed air & gases removal from hydraulic fluid. Keeping hydraulic fluid clean and eliminates the need of changing hydraulic fluid for a long period of time. HPS work in a very cost-effective way to minimize hydraulic fluid usage, minimize hazardous waste disposal needs, reduce deployment foot print and sharply reduce hydraulic maintenance and associated costs.
Purification Performance
1) Contaminant removal: 55 gallon of hydraulic fluid in 5 hours.
2) Water: From 1000 to less than 200 PPM.
3) Chlorinated solvents: From 400 to less than 100 PPM.
4) Air & Gas: 100% dissolved air removal, 98% (by volume) removal.
5) Particulate: Cleanliness level equal to or better than NAS 1638 class 3.
One System: 53 GPM at 3000 PSI, 40 GPM at 4000 PSI, 32 GPM at 5000 PSI per system
Two System: 106 GPM at 3000 PSI, 80 GPM at 4000 PSI, 64 GPM at 5000 PSI Or combined

UHTS is set-up with Instruments capability to be verified by an inexpensive Instrument Verification Set (IVS) within 15 minutes minimizing UHTS downtime and cost. All readings on UHTS are shown on high resolution LCD Display & Engine Performance Module. NO GAUGES including Transducers or Flowmeters are required to be removed for calibration. IVS can be connected directly to UHTS to verify that Transducers & Flowmeters are within acceptable accuracy. IVS is certified and traceable to NIST.
