HII ‘s new generation of Universal Hydraulic Test Stand (UHTS) with the latest state-of-the-art features and components. UHTS utilizes a high resolution LCD Display HMI (Human Machine Interface) with resistive touch screen for operation and monitoring of UHTS System and functions. HII is currently on Contract with USAF to build UHTS. Accepted in-service by USAF for supporting their F-16 and can be used to support any transport or fighter aircraft or helicopter in their inventory.
UHTS comes with an integral built Hydraulic Purification System (HPS) that provides continuous cooling, filtering moisture and to remove hydraulic fluid particulates, water, chlorinated solvents, absorbed air & gases removal from hydraulic fluid. Keeping hydraulic fluid clean and eliminates the need of changing hydraulic fluid for a long period of time. HPS work in a very cost-effective way to minimize hydraulic fluid usage, minimize hazardous waste disposal needs, reduce deployment foot print and sharply reduce hydraulic maintenance and associated costs.

Hydraulic International, Inc. (HII) was awarded a Contract to supply up to 300 Units of High Purity Self Generating Nitrogen Servicing Carts (HPSGNSC), NSN: 3655-01-545-4410 and 3655-01-545-2483 worth Total Estimated Amount of $42,351,675.00. These units are self-contained, towable, high purity carts that produce gaseous nitrogen at a 99.5% purity level, a pressure of 5000 psi, and high flow of not less than 30 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) in both diesel and electric power configurations, with oil free design compressors and pressure boosters.
See Solicitation Number: FA8533-12-R-30143 (US Air Force)
This Nitrogen Servicing Cart is a self-contained, enclosed, skid mount, electric driven designed to to produce gaseous Nitrogen at a flow of 30 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM), at purity of 99.5% or better, and a pressure of 5,000 Pounds per Square Inch Gauge (psig) to the flight line and the maintenance shops to support multiple airframes. The nitrogen servicing cart can be used to perform the following functions:
• The low pressure side of the nitrogen cart provides a source of Nitrogen at controlled pressures of 0-400 PSI to service aircraft tires or other components.
• The high pressure side of the nitrogen cart provides a source of Nitrogen at controlled pressures of 0-5000 PSI to service aircraft high pressure nitrogen system and components.
• Fill up on-board storage bottles with 5,000 PSIG pure 99.5% Nitrogen or better in less than 45 minutes at ambient
temperature.

Due to the high contamination of F-16 aircraft, Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) recently developed a new product for the USAF. The Instrument Contamination System / High Flow Manifold (ICS/HFM) is used for measuring hydraulic fluid particulate and water contamination including for flushing the hydraulic test stand hoses prior to connection to aircraft. This unit is qualified on the F-16 aircraft as well as other military aircraft and a NSN will be assigned to it within the next few weeks by USAF. Also this product is in progress of being listed as part of the mandatory GSE required for supporting both the F-16 and F-15 aircraft by Hill Air Force Base (AFB).
