Universal Hydraulic Pump Motor Test Bench

The “Universal Hydraulic Pump / Motor Test Stand” (HPT-150-10000M-SS) provides 40 GPM at 3000 PSI and up to 6000 PSI pressure with reduced flow for testing aircraft motors. Also the test stand is capable of testing aircraft hydraulic pumps at a close loop circuit up to 80 GPM pump outlet flow at 6000 PSI . Two case drain circuits, each 12 GPM, 2.6 GPM and up to 360 PSI to perform pump/motor case leakage and case proof tests. The additional case drain circuit expands the Test Stand’s capabilities to test Power Transfer Units. The adjustable AC and DC Power Supplies with digital readouts and adjustable controls are mounted on the front of the test stand’s vertical panel to support all functional testing.

Test Motor Circuit: 40 GPM at 3000 PSI and up to 6000 PSI pressure with reduced flow
