General Motors (GM) currently employs the Flowmetrics FM series turbine flow meter which is calibrated to measure the flow of an ethylene glycol and water mixture in their engine cooling systems.

Ingersoll Rand Inccurrently operates the Flowmetrics FM series turbine flow meter with the RTD pickups, a custom pressure transducer, and the 924-ST2 multi-function flow computer with a wall mount, and it is calibrated to measure the flow of air. Ingersoll Rand also trusts Flowmetrics calibration and repair services of these and other flow meter products.

Honda Motor Cocurrently uses the Flowmetrics PA-1001A signal conditioner and converter, which receives inputs from radio frequency or carrier frequency emitted from other flow meter products, at their factory in Russells Point, OH.

Teledyne Technologies, Inccurrently uses the Flowmetrics FM Series Turbine flow meter with MAG Pickups and the 912-MRT Ratemeter Totalizer. The Teledyne Brown Engineering branch of the business requested these flow meters to be calibrated to measure the flow of air in their systems.

A flowmeter is a measuring instrument that measures the amount of liquid, gas, steam, powder, or a mixture of these substances flowing through a pipe or ditch.
